Often we must perform well academically while working as an intern or perhaps while working as a researcher in a lab. Generally in life there are often set backs that we must overcome or deal with. This workshop focuses on how do we deal with life's setbacks and come out on top. What happens when you have a bad semester as an undergrad or grad student? What do you do when you get a bad start to a research experience or the first half of your internship doesn’t go so well? This workshop will give participants the chance to learn and develop strategies to overcome these types of setbacks and “finish strong” even in the midst of difficult circumstances.
