Her career has always been about people, since the day Andrea walked off the Augustana College campus in Rock Island, IL. She has never been told she’s a typical HR person and this is a great source of pride to her. She believes in the power of high-value personal interactions. Andrea has over 25 years of professional HR experience. Early in her career, she was fortunate enough to gain work experience outside the U.S., in Argentina, Mexico and South Africa. Andrea has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and psychology. Also, she is bilingual in Spanish.
