Andrew Harding is a pioneering music and media technology executive with over 18 years of experience as an entrepreneur and leader in the industry. As part of a small but influential group of innovators shaping the future of music, media, and content through AI, Harding stands at the forefront of technological advancement in these fields.

As the Co-founder and President of SourceAudio, Harding has developed the industry's premier music content management, delivery, and protection platform. This system is trusted by more than 400,000 music writers, 120,000 music publishers, and global broadcast giants including Netflix and Disney.

In his latest venture, Harding serves as the Co-founder and CEO of Musaic.com, spearheading the first AI music platform that democratizes music creation while ensuring fair compensation for artists and rightsholders. Musaic leverages cutting-edge AI technology and the largest dataset of rights-cleared music, offering both artist protection and worry-free commercial use.

Harding is also the Co-founder of Nocking Point Wines, recognized as the world's largest celebrity-backed DTC winery. He has personally collaborated with A-list talent such as Jason Momoa, Zac Levi, Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis, Stephen Amell, and WWE World Champion Cody Rhodes to create and launch unique wine offerings. Through the wine platform, Harding has raised over $2 million for charitable organizations and was honored with the Impact Award at the San Diego International Film Festival in 2023 for utilizing his entertainment-driven platform to support causes in their greatest times of need.

Prior to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Harding held the position of Head of Product for MTV Networks' Entertainment Group, where he oversaw all digital initiatives across multiple channels and brands.

Harding holds an MBA from Washington State University and currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Carson School of Business, contributing his expertise to shape the next generation of business leaders.
