Andrew Hill is the Cofounder of LiftEd, a service that helps educators measure progress and improve the instruction of preK-12 students in special education. Hill founded the service with his sister, Joanne Powell.

Hill came up with the idea for LifeEd after observing an elementary school for students with severe autism, and realized the paper system educators were using to track students' progress was outdated. As of the 2017-2018 school year, LifeEd has over 2,000 clients. In 2018, Hill was recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree for education.

Hill received his MBA from UC Berkeley.
