Former Navy SEAL Officer & Leadership Instructor

Andrew Paul is a former Navy SEAL Officer and reservist with over 17 years of total service. He is currently a leadership instructor with Echelon Front. Graduating from Vanderbilt University, Paul was commissioned in 2001 and embarked on a distinguished military career, which included several combat deployments to Iraq. His time in Iraq saw him serve as the OIC of a Naval Special Warfare special boat team detachment and as the assistant platoon commander for Delta Platoon, Task Unit Bruiser in 2006.

During his deployment, Paul worked alongside fellow leadership instructors Leif Babin, Mike Sarraille, JP Dinnell, and Task Unit Bruiser Commander Jocko Willink. These esteemed servicemen taught Paul valuable leadership skills, including how to lead men in combat operations against the enemy and how to apply the laws of combat effectively. His experiences during the Battle of Ramadi helped him understand the importance of leading up and down the chain of command.

In 2007, Paul transitioned to the business world, leveraging his leadership skills to build a successful mortgage business. His business experience spans different sectors, including sales, operations, and management, over the last 13 years. He applies the leadership principles of Extreme Ownership in his business applications, bringing a unique perspective stemming from his combat experiences. His illustrious career has been recognized with a Bronze Star Medal with "V," an Army Commendation Medal with "V," and various other combat and meritorious awards.
