Andrew Smith, LL.M graduate, ASIL Academic Partner University of California- Berkeley School of Law. Smith will be working with Article 19 at their East Africa office in Nairobi, Kenya, to provide litigation support and training for journalists who are in exile or imprisoned as well as legal assistance for other internally displaced persons in Kenya.
