Andrew B. Zezas, SIOR, is Relationship Manager, Strategist, President & CEO of Real Estate Strategies Corporation. As the company’s founder and leader, he continues to build a diverse and powerful team to provide real estate advisory and transaction services to public, private, not-for-profit, global and domestic companies throughout the United States.

He has given talks and presentations, and has lead educational and training programs for hundreds of business, professional, government, and trade associations. Andrew speaks regularly on business and real estate topics, and has appeared as an expert witness, a moderator, and guest speaker for many members throughout the United States and Canada in groups of 5 to over 200 well-known organizations.

Andrew is Publisher and a contributing writer for Business, Profits, and Strategy, the monthly online publication from Real Estate Strategies Corporation, read by thousands of business, real estate, and financial executives internationally. He has written over 50 articles on business, real estate, customer service, finance, and other topics.

Andrew was recently interviewed on The Growth Strategist, a weekly internet radio show on VoiceAmerica Business.

Andrew has recently written two books entitled The CFO’s Guide To Understanding Corporate Real Estate Transactions and The CFO’s Guide To Hiring The "Right" Real Estate Service Provider, both on corporate real estate.

Andrew attended Montclair State University in New Jersey, where he studied finance, economics and music. He continues his professional evolution by regularly attending executive real estate and business courses at New York University Real Estate Institute and other recognized institutions.

Andrew holds real estate broker licenses in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Florida, and is a licensed real estate instructor in Texas and Indiana. He is a member of the elite Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and has recently been appointed as the Founder and Chairman of the SIOR Tenant Representation Specialty Practice Board. In 2006, Andrew was appointed to the faculty of CoreNet Global.
