Andy Cohen is one of three co-CEOs of Gensler, a global design and architecture firm. Cohen oversees Gensler's global platform and its day-to-day operations, which involve 4,600 people networked across 46 offices in 16 countries. He leads the company's global design innovation initiatives across 27 diverse practice areas. Cohen is also Gensler's regional managing principal for the southwest United States, with six offices in four states. A champion of design excellence, Cohen has spoken at many premier industry conferences, including those of the Urban Land Institute, Pension Real Estate Association, Milken Institute Global Conference and TEDx. He is a board member of the UCLA Institute of the Environment and Sustainability as well as an active member of the Young Presidents' Organization and World Presidents' Organization.
