Angela Antony is the founder and CEO of Scoutible. Scoutible is the world’s first video game-based AI for hiring, using immersive video games to uncover perfect-fit candidates for jobs. Scoutible’s technology identifies a person’s unique cognitive and personality traits through gameplay, then connects them with open jobs where they are virtually certain to be a top performer. Angela holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and a B.A. in Psychology from Harvard University.

Prior to Scoutible, Antony worked at the White House and spent 9 years at Harvard studying psychology, law, and business with a focus on labor market policy. Antony earned a B.A. in Psychology with Highest Honors and a JD/MBA from Harvard University. Antony won the MTV Young Creators Award and has been featured in Fast Company, Tech Crunch, Entrepreneur Magazine, U.S. News & World Report, Businessweek, Young Money Magazine, and PBS. Scoutible launched at TechCrunch Disrupt and is backed by Mark Cuban, NEA, and other top investors passionate about the future of work. Scoutible won first place in the G-Startup Worldwide 2016 Competition and has been featured in Fast Company and The Huffington Post.
