General Manager at Angel City Football Club & Two-Time Olympic Gold Medalist

Angela Hucles Mangano is a sports executive and former professional soccer player. She is the General Manager at Angel City Football Club of the National Women's Soccer League, of which she is also a minority owner.

A longstanding member of the U.S. Women's National Team with a storied international career, Mangano is a two-time Olympic gold medalist and a two-time World Cup Bronze Medalist. In 2009, she was named the U.S. Soccer Foundation Humanitarian of the Year.

After retiring from professional soccer, Mangano has served as an advocate for inclusion and equality through sports. She founded Empowerment Through Sport, LLC in 2012, an organization focused on discovering sports leadership skills and athlete transitions that translate to life success. She is the former President of the Women's Sports Foundation, and has also served as a Sports Envoy for the U.S. Department of State.

Mangano has become a regular speaker on topics of sports leadership, equality, inclusion and safe spaces, anti-bullying, and the power of sport and its impact on personal growth and development. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia, where she was a four-year all-ACC soccer player and the school's record holder in career goals, game-winning goals, and total points.
