Angela Jackson is an experienced Energy & Sustainability/ESG Consultant, Project Manager, and LEED AP® BD+C, O+M, with 5 years of experience in the commercial real estate environmental due diligence industry. She is highly skilled in energy, water, and waste benchmarking/data analysis, regulatory compliance transition risk reviews, and green building feasibility cost studies.

Jackson has championed over 50 ENERGY STAR benchmarks, 7 LEED Projects, and over 150 ESG Sustainability Checklists in her current role. She has strong attention to detail, accounting and finance expertise, and excellent analytical thinking abilities. Jackson has earned a Masters in Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law School and a Bachelor's in Business Management (concentration: Accounting & Finance) from Bridgewater State University.

She is an active Member of the U.S. Green Building Council® Massachusetts Chapter, Built Environment Plus, and a proud supporter of NEWIEE (New England Women in Energy & the Environment). Jackson stays up to date with the latest CRE Sustainability landscape by continuously completing Courses taught by the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate - School of Professional Studies, as well as USGBC/GBCI Continuing Education. In her spare time, she does fundraising for the Lowell Transitional Living Shelter as an active Volunteer on the Development Committee.
