She is an active listener who creates a safe and supportive space for her clients to process their experiences, identify their strengths, and work towards their goals. Her approach to therapy is inclusive, culturally competent, and evidence-based, incorporating various therapeutic techniques tailored to each individual’s needs. She has coined the phrase Therapy Over Silence, which is tied to a social movement that addresses the unique needs of black and brown people in the mental health space.

As a Black mental health and wellness creator, I bring a unique perspective and expertise. My work centers on promoting realistic well-being, self-care, and self-love, focusing on addressing the mental health challenges faced by individuals within the Black community. I firmly believe that mental health and skincare go hand in hand, as nurturing our inner well-being reflects on our outer radiance.
