Ankiti Bose and Dhruv Kapoor cofounded online e-commerce marketplace Zilingo in 2015. Their mission was to provide a platform where thousands of fashion merchants could sell and become part of the digital economy. With the support of heavyweight investors such as Silicon Valley billionaire Tim Draper, the partners have raised some $28 million and currently have 8,000 merchants and more than two million users.

Bose has made it her life’s work to level the playing field and empower businesses and consumers in the fashion & lifestyle industry. Bose envisions a future where Zilingo stands at the apex of the fashion world as the champion for fashion democracy and inclusivity. Having faced first-hand the challenges that come with being a woman entrepreneur in a male-dominated space, Bose champions gender equality and diversity in the workplace, and empowers her team to dream big, make smart bets and be undeniably good at what they do. Bose spends her free time mentoring & coaching new entrepreneurs, especially women.
