AAnn Montgomery Baldinucci is the founder and CEO of NabeWise.com. Her background is in the subscription based content. Prior to founding NabeWise along side Ben Hughes and Andy Kramolisch, Ann led research at Glocap and was marketing consultant for Flavorpill.com. She holds a BA from the University of Michigan where she graduated in 2002. Upon graduation, Ann began her career at Corporate Executive Board where she helped deliver insightful decision to Fortune-500 executives.

In her lifetime so far, Ann has moved over 30 times which gave her the initial idea for NabeWise. She has lived in Boston, DC, Miami, LA. She now lives in Hoboken, NJ and works in New York City.

NabeWise is a website that allows you to understand any neighborhood as if you’ve already lived there. You can explore the world on a local level, discover new places and find the neighborhoods that are right for you. At NabeWise, you are able to search neighborhoods based on your preferences, providing a window to what the neighborhood is really like.
