Ann Conant is the Executive Assistant to the Director at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Early in her career, she interned for Congressman Bill Johnson and was on the Field Staff of American Majority Action. She became Assistant to the President at the March for Life Education and Defense Fund and later Executive Assistant to the Vice President at The Heritage Foundation. Following her time at the Heritage Foundation, Conant served as ​Executive Assistant to the Vice President at The Heritage Foundation, and Assistant to the Deputy Director of White House Domestic Policy Council.

She attended the County College of Morris​, attained her A.A. in Humanities​ and Social Sciences​. Conant transferred to Franciscan University​ where she was a part of the College Republicans and was a Student Aide. She graduated in 2012 with a degree in Political Science​.
