The only female head of a publicly traded gaming company, Ann Hand is the Chairman and CEO of Super League Gaming, a global leader in building immersive entertainment experiences, mostly in the gaming metaverse on platforms like Roblox and Minecraft. Through Hand's visionary guidance, the company has seen record audience engagement and revenue growth, and she single-handedly navigated Super League through the pandemic, driving significant revenue in the new digital age.

For nearly 30 years, Hand has served as a market-facing executive across several industries, including gaming, sustainability and consumer retail. She has a proven track record in brand creation and turn-around at the intersection of social impact with consumer trends and technology. At her core, Hand is a retailer, operator, and builder of enduring strategic partnerships, brands and cultures.

Prior to Super League, Hand served as CEO of Project Frog, a venture-backed firm whose mission is to democratize healthy, inspired buildings that are better, faster, greener, and more affordable than traditional alternatives, and as Senior Vice President of Global Brand Marketing and Innovation for oil giant BP, only one of a handful of women to have risen to the top ranks of the energy industry. Before joining BP, Hand held marketing, finance and operation positions at Mobil Oil and McDonald's Corporation.

Throughout her career, Hand has garnered industry recognition, including being named to Forbes' "50 Over 50" list in 2023; to AdAge’s "Leading Women of 2022" list; and to the "The List," a collective of marketing, advertising and media leaders assembled by Ad Age in partnership with Meta. Hand earned a BA in Economics from DePauw University and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management along with executive education at Cambridge, Harvard and Stanford Universities.
