Chairman and CEO, North America at Pernod Ricard

Ann Mukherjee is the chairman and CEO for North America at Pernod Ricard. Before this, she became SC Johnson’s first global CMO in 2015. She is responsible for driving growth across multiple categories in household and personal care. She has used data to develop award-winning campaigns for Glade and Ziploc, among others.

Mukherjee moved to SC Johnson from PepsiCo, where she started in 2005 in Frito-Lay’s Convenience Foods Division, responsible for leading marketing, new product innovation, consumer insights and strategy and for all Quaker-branded snacking.

As a fast-rising star in the company’s executive ranks, Mukherjee carved out a reputation for building brands via traditional marketing and social media savvy. In 2009, she was named Frito-Lay North America Chief Marketing Officer. The brand’s marketing under her leadership not only won numerous industry awards, but was also the primary growth driver helping Frito- Lay consistently rank #1 or #2 in food growth in North America, and in 2014 she became president of PepsiCo’s Global Snacks Group and PepsiCo Global Insights.
