Anna Auerbach is the co-founder and co-CEO of Werk, a marketplace of flexible work opportunities for ambitious job seekers.

Previously, Auerbach served as Chief Operating Officer of Moodridge Group a philanthropy adviser group. She has also served as a Case Team leader for The Bridgespan Group, a Consultant for the Boston Ballet, an analyst for McKinsey and the Manager of Special Projects for the American Museum of Natural History.

Auerbach has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics and Psychology from Brandeis University
