Anna Manning is President & Chief Executive Officer at Reinsurance Group of America, Inc. (RGA).

She is also a member of RGA’s Board of Directors.

She first joined the firm in 2007. From 2008 until 2011, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for RGA’s International Division. In 2011 she was named Executive Vice President and Head of U.S. Markets and later assumed responsibility for RGA’s Mexican and Latin American markets as well. In 2014, Manning was named Senior Executive Vice President, Global Structured Solutions, with responsibility for leading RGA’s transactional businesses.

She has more than three decades of leadership experience in the insurance industry.

Manning was previously employed as a Principal by Manulife Financial Corp. and Senior Consultant by Tillinghast-Towers Perrin, Inc. where she provided consulting services to the insurance industry in mergers and acquisitions, value-added performance measurement, product development, and financial reporting.

She received a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Toronto and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries (FCIA).
