The Honorable Anne Neuberger is a national security official who serves as Deputy Assistant to the President and Deputy National Security Advisor for Cyber and Emerging Technologies in the Biden administration. Prior to this role, she served at the National Security Agency (NSA) for ten years in a variety of senior intelligence and cybersecurity roles, most recently as director of NSA’s Cybersecurity organization and deputy director of NSA’s intelligence operations.

Earlier, Hon. Neuberger served as the Department of the Navy’s Deputy Chief Management Officer and a White House Fellow in the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Before her government service, Hon. Neuberger was Senior Vice President of Operations at American Stock Transfer and Trust Company. She is a graduate of Columbia University, where she earned an MBA and Masters of International Affairs.
