Anthony Carrino

Designer; Host of HGTV's "Kitchen Cousins"

Anthony Carrino is the host of HGTV's "Kitchen Cousins" and "The Build Up" with Ellen Degeneres' team.

While at Babson Business School, Carrino also discovered his creative side and taught himself how to design websites so by the time he graduated he was managing 30 clients. After graduating he wanted to utilize his business and creative skills, so he and his father opened and operated a boutique design & development firm, which they ran for 12 years in Jersey City, NJ. The core strategy was the revitalization and adaptive reuse of architecturally significant, underutilized buildings within the urban core of Jersey City and Hoboken, NJ. During that time they successfully delivered over 200,000 sq feet of mixed-use and multi-family properties, winning multiple restoration and preservation awards in the process.

In 2011, HGTV approached him and his cousin, John, to follow his development company, and thus "Kitchen Cousins" was born. Nine years later, he have had six show titles, and nine successful seasons of television with a media reach that spans the globe and a viewership that is in the 100’s of millions. They are now working with the team from Ellen DeGeneres on their second season of "The Build Up," which gives back to communities in need.

In addition, he has also launched his own digital series called TheBuild.tv, which is focused on giving homeowners real, actionable information so they can make their renovations a reality.
