Anthony Di Iorio, a Canadian entrepreneur, is co-founder of Ethereum and an early investor in Bitcoin. With a background in website development dating back to the early 1990s, and a degree in marketing from Ryerson University, Di Iorio entered the rental housing market in Toronto as an investor and landlord. In 2012, he sold his rental properties to invest in Bitcoin, and began organizing companies in the cryptocurrency field. In 2013, he founded a Bitcoin wallet Chrome extension called KryptoKit, and in the following year, he co-founded the cryptocurrency platform Ethereum.

Di Iorio is the founder and CEO of Decentral, a blockchain company, and the associated Jaxx wallet. His leadership extended to the TMX Group when he served as the first chief digital officer (CDO) of the Toronto Stock Exchange. Iorio has developed a rating system for initial coin offerings and worked with uniting various cryptocurrencies into one financial ecosystem.
