As a successful entrepreneur, Anthony McCarley has over 25 years of executive management experience in both large corporate and small entrepreneurial settings. He has a diverse background with accomplished skills in operations, management, sales and marketing, programming, customer relations, and research and development. Today, McCarley is CEO and Founder of McCarley International, a company focused on assisting executives, organizations and athletes to reach their full potential. Prior to founding McCarley International McCarley was the CEO of InteHealth, a company he lead from a small entrepreneurial organization to its eventual sale to a Global 100 firm based in Tokyo. McCarley was also a Senior Vice President at McKesson Corporation where he held numerous positions in both their provider and payer focused business units culminating in running McKesson’s payer service business.

Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, McCarley resides in the Philadelphia area and is an ultra-marathon swimmer. McCarley has completed swims of the English Channel, the Manhattan Island circumnavigation, the Catalina Channel, the Santa Barbara Channel (Anacapa), the Cook Strait (New Zealand), the Strait of Gibraltar, and others.

As the CEO of a successful startup company, on August 14th 2013, Anthony also became the 59th person over the age of 50 to swim the English Channel. Anthony tells a captivating story of extracting success from failure and how he overcame numerous challenges along the way.
