At Facebook, Inc. since 2013, Arielle Gross is the Business Lead of Global Business Marketing and Creative. Named on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in Marketing and Advertising, she leads strategy, business, communication, and management initiatives for the company's Global Business Marketing and Creative Shop organizations of 1K+ people in 40+ markets. She is the strategic advisor and partners directly with the VP of Global Business Marketing and Chief Creative Officer of Facebook. Some of her key initiatives include launching Cannected events globally to democratize the creativity of Cannes, and the #MoreLikeMe series in partnership with HP Inc. to bring diverse creatives to high-value tentpole events.
Arielle is passionate about driving gender parity across industries. She co-leads the Facebook Women New York group, is a Representative on the United Nations Women Global Innovation Coalition for Change, serves as an Advisor for AOL’s #BuiltByGirls program, is an Investor in Portfolia's FemTech fund, and launched the Arielle Gross Engineering Visionary Scholarship Fund at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
