A senior executive with 20 years of health care general management experience, her career reflects innovation around an evolving global health care environment. In her 14-year career at Merck, Garay has been senior vice president of US vaccines and managing director for Norway, among several other roles. She was previously an associate director at Bristol-Myers Squibb and a management consultant and case team leader with Monitor Deloitte, the multinational strategy consulting practice of Deloitte Consulting.
