Aubrey Plaza is an actress, comedian, and producer known for her deadpan humor and distinctive comedic style.

Plaza began her career in improv and sketch comedy, performing with the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in New York. Her breakthrough role came in 2009 when she was cast as April Ludgate, the sarcastic and dry-witted intern, in the NBC hit series "Parks and Recreation." Plaza’s performance quickly became a fan favorite, and her character became iconic for her unique blend of cynicism and charm. Subsequently, her portrayal of Harper in the HBO anthology series "The White Lotus" earned her nominations for a Primetime Emmy Award and a Golden Globe Award.

Plaza's versatility and talent have been showcased not only in live-action roles but also in the realm of animation, where she has voiced characters in series and films such as "The Legend of Korra" and "Grumpy Cat's Worst Christmas Ever." She played a supporting role in "Scott Pilgrim vs. the World" and a leading one in "Safety Not Guaranteed."
