Aunkur Arya is the General Manager, Mobile at Braintree.

Aunkur is a technology veteran with more than 12 years of start-up experience in the mobile consumer and online spaces.

Aunkur previously led business development for value-added services for Google Wallet - in Google's Commerce division.

Previously, Aunkur was Director of Business Development at AdMob (sold to Google for $750M in 2010) and a member of the early-stage business team. He led efforts to build AdMob's iPhone and Android application developer network with a focus on strategic, category-building partnerships and evangelism of ad-supported models to the developer ecosystem.

Prior to 2008, Aunkur managed AdMob's west coast publisher business and kicked off market development efforts in APAC.
