He has spoken to millions around the world and has been featured as an expert on BBC, CNN, Russia Today, Al Jazeera, ABC, France 24, CCTV, PBS, Voice of America and many more.

Ayo is a naturalised British citizen who came to the UK as a teenager. He can trace his roots back to the returning slaves from the Caribbean and the America’s who settled in Freetown. Married with three children, he is a dedicated and committed Christian and an active campaigner for justice and human rights around the world.

He was born to Krio parents in Kono, Sierra Leone; a region best known as the diamond hub and a major rebel stronghold during the 10 year civil war. Ayo’s early years enriched him immensely. Being exposed to and understanding of different cultures, customs and practices of the country’s numerous tribes.

With a Masters Degree; Ayo is a prolific keynote speaker as well as an accomplished presenter at seminars and conferences. Ayo constantly makes the case for a progressive and developing continent. He explains how and why businesses should invest in Africa. Ayo regularly travels abroad to support efforts on behalf of his patron charities and as a consultant he matches Venture Capitalists with opportunities in Emerging African Markets.

Ayo recently spoke at the Great Halls of the Lord Mayor’s home in Mansion House and also at the United Nation’s Anti-Corruption Academy in Austria. He has also lectured at numerous educational institutions including Oxford University.
