Azarias Reda is the founder and CEO of Carma Car.

Previously, Reda served as the first Chief Data Officer and Chief Technology Officer for the Republican National Committee. Prior to working for the GOP, Reda founded Meritful, an enterprise startup that built software for managing on-campus hiring. He has also worked at Microsoft Research and LinkedIn in Silicon Valley.

In 2015, Reda was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 List and Time Magazine's 12 New Faces of Black Leadership for his work rebuilding the data and technology infrastructure of the GOP.

Reda has spoken at O’Reilly Strata + Hadoop World, SXSW Interactive, TechCrunch Disrupt, Mashable/United Nations Digital Beltway and The Paley Center for Media.
