Barbara Rudnicki, DTM, is a professional speaker, consultant and author. During her 26 year career at IBM she held both technical and management positions. As a trainer at the IBM Corporate Management Development Center, she influenced the careers of more than 900 managers and was featured in the NY Times.

As a member of Toastmasters International, she has won 194 speaking awards and holds the coveted Accredited Speaker rating. She has been a member of the National Speaker's Association since 1991 and is also a member of the International Platform Association and the American Seminar Leaders Association.

Her first book was published in 1997 and is titled, "Pack Your Own Parachute". It is subtitled, "The 3 Secrets to being Successful No Matter Who You Work For."
