Barnaby's background in challenger brands extends back to the late 80's working for leading advertising agencies in London UK, including Ogilvy and Mather, the Grey Group and since 2001 ran his own marketing communications agency ranked in the top 200 in the UK.

He is regarded as a 'resource' speaker providing fully interactive presentations on how marketing has fundamentally changed in the last 5 years and what to do to make your marketing work today. He'll explain what doesn't work any more: the USP; Broadcast media; advertising and even why social media is not all that its cracked up to be and introduce you to a proven methodology The Brand Bucket to navigate the new consumer power.

His qualifications include working with over 470 different clients including re-brands and new business launches for a wide range of products and services from the Fiat Ducato and Fiorino, The Ford Sierra and Granada, Radion Washing Detergent, Liptonice Ice Tea, Eurostar, Red Stripe Lager, Woodpecker Cider, Toshiba Home Cinema, Boots Opticians, First Telecom, E*Trade, Deutsche Post, Recruitment Genius and full re-brands for the likes of Argos, The Children's Society, Marie Curie Cancer Care, Bookham Technology (now Oclaro), Oncore IT, Payzone Worldwide Money amongst many others. He has been responsible for over 400 websites, creating his first one in 1991.

He fulfils the role of marketing director, brand owner and creative consultant on a wide range of business propositions. In October 2010 he published his first book: The Brand Bucket -Make Your Marketing Work through Management 2000 books. In November 2010 he closed his London based agency and is currently building a market changing lean business proposition providing best in class marketing services to meet the needs of clients who have recognised the importance of marketing to drive their businesses forward but are bewildered by the fundamental changes in marketing.

Barnaby is father to 3 young girls and the husband of a Locality Medical Director of an out of hours GP service. Every month he runs a now acclaimed residential Brand Bucket Business Masterclass and has recently started working pro bono for a new charity specialising in providing hospice care at home for terminally ill children to help them launch charity shops.
