Barry Givens is a graduate of GA Tech, an entrepreneur, an investor and an advocate for racial parity in the innovation economy. He serves as 1 of 3 founding Managing Partners at Collab Capital, a $50M early stage venture fund investing 100% in innovative start ups with Black founders.

Prior to becoming an investor, he founded several start-ups one of which was a company named Monsieur where he developed a patented automated bartending technology. He raised nearly $5M, and exited the business in 2017.

He also served 3 years as Managing Director for the Techstars/Cox Social Impact Accelerator and sits on the board for Invest Atlanta.
