Actor and Stand-Up Comedian; Named One of Variety's 2013 "10 Comics to Watch"

Barry Rothbart is one of the young rising stars in comedy today, as one of the stars of MTV’s revamp of "Punk'd," as a stand-up guest on the "Tonight Show with Jay Leno," "Conan," "The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson," "Adam DeVine's House Party" on Comedy Central, as well as landing a role of Ben on TNT’s "Men of A Certain Age."

He co-wrote and starred in the IFC show "Do Whatever," and could be seen in a series of national commercials including: Taco Bell, Honda and Miller Light. He was named a “New Face” and “Best of the Fest” performer at the 2011 Just For Laughs Montreal Comedy Festival, was again honored at the festival in 2013 as one of Variety’s "10 Comics to Watch," and was invited to the New York, Boston, and Underground Comedy Festivals.

Barry also has a role in the Martin Scorsese film "The Wolf of Wall Street" opposite Leonardo DiCaprio and Jonah Hill. Originally starting in NYC in sketch and improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade, he still continues to perform sketch and recently debuted a one-man character show at UCB Theater in Los Angeles and UCB East in NYC.
