Béatrice Le Fraper du Hellen  

Head of the Jurisdiction Complementarity and Cooperation Division of the Office of The Prosecutor (OTP) at the International Criminal Court.

She is the daughter of Marc Le Fraper du Hellen Mayor Conqueyrac since 2001 and President of the Community of Communes Cévennes-Garrigues . Graduate of the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris , Major Foreign contest, she joined her first job in Benin . Secretary of Embassy in Tel Aviv (1982-1984), he was assigned to Paris, at the Centre for Analysis and Forecasting of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he addresses issues in the Middle East. Counsellor from 1987 to 1991 at the Embassy of France in Washington , there is also in charge of the Middle East. Deputy Director of Community Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (1991-1993), he became diplomatic adviser Francois Leotard , Minister of State, Minister of Defence in 1993. She then joined Los Angeles , the team of Human Rights in Geneva , the NATO in Brussels , then Deputy Director of Human Rights at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Secondment to the International Criminal Court in The Hague , she became Deputy Prosecutor of the ICC and director of the division jurisdiction, complementarity and cooperation with Luis Moreno Ocampo . She is currently serving as First Counselor and Legal Advisor to the Permanent Mission of France to the United Nations
