Ben Foss is the founder of Headstrong Nation, a non-profit organization committed to serving the dyslexic community. Voss now serves as the vice president of public partnerships at Volta Industries, where he oversees federal, state, and local electric vehicle and charging policy related to grants, utilities, and future mobility across North America. Prior to his current position, Foss was a director at Intel where he invented the Intel Reader, a mobile device that captures text and reads it aloud for individuals who struggle with reading. Andy Grove, former CEO and Chairman of Intel, personally hired Foss to develop technology for people with disabilities.

Foss was diagnosed with dyslexia at the age of eight, which led him to develop a unique approach to managing his disability. Foss is also the author of "The Dyslexia Empowerment Plan," a book that offers guidance and strategies for people living with dyslexia. He frequently shares his message with Fortune 500 companies, human resources, and public policy organizations, as well as colleges and universities across the country. His work and insights have been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Fox Business News, ABC, CNN, and the BBC. He also appears in the HBO documentary "Journey Into Dyslexia."

Foss's educational background includes a graduation from Wesleyan University, where he was awarded the prestigious Truman and Marshall scholarships. He also holds a JD/MBA from Stanford Law and Business Schools.
