Ben's always had a fascination for transportation -- cars, bikes, just about anything that goes fast -- and how vehicles evolve. As an inventor and entrepreneur, his goal is to find innovative solutions to every day transportation problems by looking at issues from a slightly left-of-center perspective.

Ben started early. Before his 21st birthday, he had developed two highly acclaimed prototypes. While in high school in Canada, Ben invented The UNO, a one-wheeled, zero-emissions motorcycle. The eco-friendly vehicle garnered instant international attention, landing on the cover of Popular Science magazine as one of the Top 10 inventions for 2008. It earned the top spot. In the midst of the media frenzy, Ben scored $1M in investments and eventually founded BPG Werks. His latest project, DTV Shredder, an extreme all-terrain vehicle, was announced as the company's first production vehicle.

In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, he is currently studying engineering at the MIT.
