Mr. Lieberman returned to CEI after five years as a senior policy analyst for energy and environment at the Heritage Foundation. He continues to cover a variety of topics, including global warming, air quality, access to domestic energy supplies, renewable energy, and the impact of environmental and energy regulations on consumers. While providing a critique of ill-advised government interventions, Ben also advocates for free-market solutions to the nation’s energy and environmental challenges.

Ben has published over 250 op-eds and articles in a number of publications, including the New York Post, Chicago Sun-Times, Washington Post, Weekly Standard, Businessweek, and National Review. He appears regularly on radio and television, including the Fred Thompson Show and Savage Nation, as well as Fox News, CNN, MSNBC, Bloomberg, and CNBC. He has testified before Congress on a number of energy and environmental issues.

Ben received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland in 1988, and his law degree from the George Washington University School of Law in 1993.
