Benjamin Cheng (MEd, BEng) has been helping corporate with Business Strategy to Penetrate Markets, Improve Corporate Internal / External Communication for greater synergy and implement Effective Management for efficiency and productivity since 1999. He is well known for his interactive, humorous and engaging style of Speaking and Training; as a bi-lingual (English & Mandarin) Speaker, Trainer, Interpreter and Business Consultant, his programs are delivered based on the integration of more than 17 years of valuable experiences in General Management, Sales and Marketing, Public Speaking, Accelerated Learning, Human Resource, Training and Project Management.

Ben is currently the Vice President of Training & Development for a US based holding company, VP of Market Development (Far East), Director of HR for the Singapore subsidiary and Directorship for 2 other business unit, 1 based in Singapore and the other one based in Hong Kong.

Ben is internationally certified as a Master Practitioner in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), SMT (Sequential Mind Technology) and Hypnotherapy. He graduated from NUS with a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering Degree, holds an Advanced Certificate in Theology and a Masters of Education (Leadership, Policy & Change).

He is the Past President of Asia Professional Speakers Singapore (APSS) and was one of the Charter Members (www.asiaspeakers.org). He was also the Co-Chair person for the International Convention Action Team organizing the 1st Global Speakers Summit held in Singapore. ASA is affiliated to the National Speakers Association (NSA) of USA through the International Federation for Professional Speakers (IFFPS). Ben is also the only Asian Professional speaker to be in the IFFPS taskforce consisting of well known speakers from around the world. He has also been interviewed and featured on radio by FM938 and FM958. He is an active Toastmaster (ATM-S) and is the 1st speaker in District 80 to be the dual Champion in Humorous Speech Contest (2004) and Table Topics Contest (2006).

Ben has delivered English and Mandarin Keynote Speaking, Master of Ceremony, Trainings and Facilitations around the world including Singapore, USA, Japan, UK, Ireland, China, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, India, Malaysia, Mongolia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Taiwan to more than 30,000 people for the following topics: Leadership, Sales and Marketing, Art of Communication, Motivation, Accelerated Learning, Psychology of Selling, Strategic Management, Telephone Sales, Telephone Marketing, Excellent Customer Service, Effective Leadership, Teambuilding, Self-awareness, Effective Presentation, Public Speaking, Train the Trainers, Speakers Training, Time Management, Stress Management and many other customized programs.
