Benjamin Milstein

Co-Founder of DIGITAL, Metaverse Investor & Founder of Grey Space Art

Benjamin Milstein is the founder of Grey Space Art. The gallery has been run in a New York City townhouse and in a rented cottage at Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood. The gallery functions as a contemporary pop-up shop, and features elaborate, hand-blown bongs that are sold as works of art.

Milstein first invested in cannabis stock in 2013, when he was just 17 years old. He then became interested in functional glass art in the form of marijuana pipes and bongs. After graduating high school a semester early, Milstein was set to attend Indiana University, but he dropped out to pursue a career as an art dealer.

In 2016, he founded Grey Space Art in New York City, housing the gallery at fashion designer Riccardo Tisci's townhouse. Milstein's goal is to change the negative perception surrounding marijuana, and find a way to view drug paraphernalia as fine art. He has worked with several well-known artists including Banjo and Phil Siegel, and some of his clients include football players for the New York Giants and New York Jets.

In 2018, Milstein was recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree in Art and Style.
