Dr. Bernadette’s groundbreaking work also spans to the realm of sports, where she has pioneered a cutting-edge mindset training program for athletes that enhances focus, reduces stress, speeds up recovery from injuries, and improves overall athletic performance. By challenging conventional thinking in the sports world and prescribing mental conditioning techniques, Dr. Bernadette helps athletes unleash their mental toughness and resilience, ultimately achieving greatness in and beyond the game.

A native of Saginaw, Michigan, Dr. Bernadette earned an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She completed a master's degree in public health at the University of California, Berkeley and a doctorate of medicine from the Medical College of Ohio. She continued her clinical studies at the Mount Carmel Family Medicine Residency Program in Columbus, Ohio. Currently, Dr. Bernadette is a family medicine physician and the co-owner of Faith Family Health, also in Columbus. Both in her work as a physician and as the founder of Life in Harmony, Dr. Bernadette is committed to providing individuals with the tools to champion their own healing, health and happiness.
