Mr. Bernard Marcus, Bernie founded Jenkins Clinic, Inc. in 2009. Mr. Marcus serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Georgia Aquarium Inc. Mr. Marcus serves as Vice President of The City of Hope. He Co-founder of Fieldpoint Private Bank & Trust. Mr. Marcus co-founded The Home Depot Inc., served as its Chief Executive Officer from 1978 to 1997 and also Chairman.

From 1972 to 1978, he served as Chairman of the Board and President of Handy Dan Improvement Centers Inc. Prior to Handy Dan, he served as President of O'Dell's, and Vice President of Hard Goods Merchandising for Vornado Inc. Mr. Marcus serves as Chairman and Director of Home Depot U.S.A Inc. He served as Chairman of The Home Depot Inc., from 1978 to December 31, 2001. He served as Founding Chairman of the Board for the Jenkins Clinic. He serves as a Director of Jenkins Clinic, Inc. He has been a Director at Westfield America Inc. since September 1997. He serves as a Director of Mainstream Holdings Inc., National Services Industries Inc. and The New York Stock Exchange Inc.

He serves as a Director Emeritus at The Home Depot Inc. He serves as a Member of the Advisory Board and Board of Directors of the Shepherd Center in Atlanta, Georgia and Member of the Board of The City of Hope. Mr. Marcus served as a Director of DBT Online Inc. since October 1997. He served as a Director of ChoicePoint Inc. since May 2000. He serves as a Director of the National Foundation for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and is Chairman of The Marcus Institute. Among his important philanthropies is the founding of the Israel Democracy Institute located in Jerusalem. Mr. Marcus received his B.S. degree in Pharmacy from Rutgers University.
