Bill Bachrach, CSP, CPAE, is a widely recognized speaker in the finance industry, specializing in Values-Based Financial Planning. He has proven expertise in transitioning financial professionals from salespeople to Trusted Advisors. Over the course of his career, Bachrach has given thousands of presentations worldwide, across all financial services industry distribution channels, including major international industry conferences.
Bachrach is an accomplished author, having written several best-selling books, including "Values Based Selling: The Art of Building High-Trust Client Relationships for Financial Professionals". This book, along with his other works, provides a roadmap to success for financial advisors. His other works include "It's All About Them: How Trusted Advisors Listen for Success," co-authored by Steve Shapiro, which serves as a practical guide for those wishing to enhance their listening skills. Bachrach's articles have been featured in more than 75 financial services publications, and he regularly contributes columns to Financial Advisor Magazine and On Wall Street.
Bachrach offers various services and programs for financial advisors, including the "Values Based Selling Mastery System", the "Values Based Selling Academy", and the "Trusted Advisor program for top producers". His custom training programs and coaching have helped create results-oriented internal programs for many organizations and teams. Alongside these, Bachrach provides a workshop called the Financial Road Map, a process designed to improve client relationships and increase revenue, which has become a proven initial interview process with prospective clients.
His work has earned him a spot in both the Financial Planning Magazine's Hall of Fame and the National Speakers Association Hall of Fame. Beyond his professional work, Bachrach is an accomplished athlete, having completed the Hawaii Ironman Triathlon in 1998.
