Bill Winters is the CEO of Standard Chartered Bank. He has a degree in International Relations from Colgate University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. From 1983-2009, Winters worked at JPMorgan, including serving as Co-Chief Executive Officer for the Investment Bank. From 2011-15, Winters served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Renshaw Bay. Since June 2015, Winters has been the Group Chief Executive Officer of Standard Chartered Bank.

Winters is a former Non-Executive Director of PIC. He is also a member of the Committee at the Independent Commission on Banking, UK Government. Bill Winters is also an Independent Non-Executive Director at Novartis International, and a Member of the Board at Young Vic Theatre and Print Room Theatre.
