Television & Theatre Actor; Known For Netflix's "Unbelievable"

Blake Ellis is an American television, film and theatre actor. He has had a diverse list of theatre roles, including "Love's Labour's Lost" and "Othello" with Shakespeare Theatre Co., "Our Town" and "Bye Bye Birdie" with Summer Repertory Theatre and leading as Billy Wilder in "Billy and Ray" with Laguna Playhouse, among others. His film credits include "Red Tails," "The Tragedy of the Christmas Story," "Relinquish," "Murphy's Children" and "The Dingle."

Ellis is perhaps best known for his recurring role as Christopher McCarthy in Netflix's "Unbelievable." He stars opposite award-winning actresses Toni Colette Merritt Wever in the series adaptation of the true story of Marie Adler, a teenager who was charged with lying about having been raped, and the two female detectives who followed the path to the truth. Ellis portrays real-life perpetrator Marc Patrick O'Leary, who's name was changed to Christopher McCarthy in the show. "Unbelievable" has 4 Golden Globe nominations and won TV Program of the Year in the USA AFI Awards.
