Blake Lively is an American actress and director, and has been active in her acting career since 1998. Lively achieved international recognition for her role as Serena van der Woodsen in the CW's "Gossip Girl" from 2007 to 2012, and went on to star in a number of successful films including "The Age of Adaline" (2015), "The Shallows" (2016), "A Simple Favor" (2018), and "It Ends with Us" (2024). Her directorial debut came in 2021 when she directed Taylor Swift's music video "I Bet You Think About Me."

In 2024, Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds became the first married Hollywood couple to have two separate films top the box office on the same weekend since 1990.

Lively participated in Gucci's "Chime for Change" campaign to raise awareness and funds for women's issues, and has worked to raise public awareness of missing and exploited children. Lively launched a sparkling mixer brand called Betty Buzz and introduced a haircare line called Blake Brown, exclusively at Target.
