At a national search firm in the late 1980s, Bob Corcoran was recruiting top executives for a telecom company. At the same time, he was helping develop the IVR (Integrated Voice Response) technology that has become an essential tool of today's real estate industry. Coincidentally, Bob hired a real estate agent to help sell his Chicago home. During the home selling process, Bob, and his listing agent began to recognize the value that an IVR system could bring to any real estate business.

Corcoran, and a team of real estate brokers started The International Top Producers Network (the ITP Network) to develop marketing, and lead-capture programs employing IVR technology specifically designed for real estate agents. While coaching the real estate team who sold his home, Bob created and implemented profitable systems that transformed their business. The proven result: Sales in the first year went from $18 million to a whopping $36 million!

For the past 27 years, Bob Corcoran has devoted his time and energy into building a real estate broker coaching team. Corcoran's real estate coaching team uses Corcoran's proven methods to train real estate professionals to reach the top of their production. The Corcoran real estate client list has the leaders of the real estate industry, with top producing real estate agents, and real estate brokers across North America.
