Robert Cochrane "Bob" Marley, Jr. is a comedian from Portland, Maine. He has stated that when he was born, his father had no idea there was a singer named Bob Marley.

Marley was born in Bangor, Maine and lived there until he was 19. He then lived in the Munjoy Hill area of Portland and graduated from Deering High School in 1985. Marley went on to attend the University of Maine at Farmington, graduating with a degree in Community Health. However, even when in college, he knew that he wanted to pursue comedy as his career.

Marley's comedic bit is mostly about life in Maine. Bob Marley's first television appearance was on Comedy Central. He also appeared as Detective Greenly in the movie The Boondock Saints, and reprised his role as Detective Greenly in The Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day.

He is regularly hosted on Sirius Satellite Radio channels 103 Blue collar radio and 104 RawDog comedy and appears every week on Coast 93.1-WMGX in Portland, Maine, where his segment is called "The World According to Bob."

When Bob Marley comes home to Portland, Maine, he can be often heard on THE BIG JAB's "Morning JAB" (Sports Radio WJJB-96.3 FM / 1440 AM) and on WLOB's Morning Show (NEWS-Talk Radio WLOB 95.5 FM).

On September 23, 2010 at 11 PM, Bob Marley entered the Guinness Book of World Records with the longest continuous stand-up routine. He completed 40 hours of comedy, the first 18 without any repetition of material. Sirius comedy channel 104 RawDog kept America and Canada up to date as he set the World Record and played bits of the 40 hours live.
