Bob Westfall is the President and CEO of the Westfall Group—one of the nation’s leading major gifts fundraising agencies. In just six years, The Westfall Group has helped raise more than $260 million in new revenue for over 60 ministry and non-profit clients.

While offering a full range of services from prospect research to donor development, The Westfall Group leads the nation in major gift event planning—having developed and directed more than 250 major gift weekend programs.

Bob has personally played the key consulting role for The Seed Company, Moody Bible Institute, Asbury Theological Seminary, YWAM San Diego/Baja, Turning Point with Dr. David Jeremiah, Guideposts, Spring Arbor University, Luis Palau, Oral Roberts University, The International Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention, and Opportunity International — to name just a few.

For these clients, Bob’s deliverables have included: overarching donor development plans, design and execution of field strategy, mentoring, major and mega donor acquisition strategies, and development of turnkey major donor events.

Before establishing The Westfall Group in July of 2003, Bob spent a year as Vice President, Client Services for TouchPoint Solutions; and nine years as Senior Vice President for Ministry Advancement at Walk Thru the Bible Ministries. It was at Walk Thru that Bob learned the challenges of development on the client side first-hand—and it was there that he developed many of the proven strategies and techniques that he now shares with other organizations.

Bob’s first book, The Fulfillment Principle, was recently published and released in bookstores across the nation.

No stranger to public speaking, Bob is a regularly featured speaker for numerous ministries, universities and major gift fundraising events.
