Rojas is the author of “Renovatio, When The City Sleeps & Pelo Bueno” & is the founder of Grand Concourse Press. He has appeared on “Def Poetry Jam”, the poetry documentary “Spitting Ink” & has been published in numerous anthologies & journals from “Saul William’s Presents Chorus”, “Bum Rush The Page”, “Role Call”, “Learn Then Burn”, “Me No Habla Con Acento”, The Centro Journal, The Hostos Review, The Acentos Review, The Calabash Journal, Letras, & Palabras. He has performed internationally at venues, colleges, bars & random stages: Lincoln Center, Museum of The American Indian, Joe’s Pub, Howard University, Busboys & Poets, New York University, Galeria De La Raza, Nuyorican Poet’s Café, Rotterdam Arts Center, London’s “Kid, I Wrote Back”, UC-Berkeley, Wheaton College, St. Mary’s College, Da Poetry Lounge, El Museo De Barrio, Pregones Theatre, Bronx, Caribbean Culture Center, Bowery Poetry Club, Amherst College, UW-Madison, Chicago Historical Society, LouderArts, The Acentos Poetry Series, University of Illinois-Chicago, Columbia University, Lehman College, Binghamton U., Syracuse University, & Mt.
