Boris Kodjoe is an actor, director, producer, investor and philanthropist who stars in the 7th and final season of the ABC "Grey’s Anatomy" spin-off, "Station 19." The actor, whose movies have grossed over $1 billion at the box office, is also known for his roles in "House Of Cards," "The Last Man on Earth," "Brown Sugar," "Soul Food," and the "Resident Evil" franchise. A former model, he was previously named one of People magazine's "50 Most Beautiful People in the World."

Kodjoe, a German/Ghanaian dual citizen, is the co-founder of Full Circle Africa, which brings together business leaders, cultural influencers, and government officials to create synergies around economic development and Africa-focused investment opportunities while counteracting old stereotypes and one-dimensional perceptions about the continent. Their annual week-long economic conference focuses on engaging in solution-based dialogue with the goal of creating a mindset shift from charity and aid dependency to investing in Africa.

As an investor, Kodjoe’s portfolio includes high-potential companies led by diverse founders globally through venture capital partners like TRUE Culture Fund and Y Combinator, as well as his expansive network in tech, sports and entertainment. His investments in over 75 companies include TheraBody, PROTO, UNest, HiDef and more. He and his wife, Nicole Ari Parker, have also built the successful GymWrap fitness apparel line with a wide retail and online presence while supporting health and wellness initiatives for underserved communities via their Kodjoe Family Foundation.
